I just came back from the gym with my class mates, fucking hell my arms are sore now, I haven’t been to the gym since the beginning of this year when I finished up my membership, it feels different from having a long period of laziness, oh and I’m so tense my veins are sticking out and muscles on my arms are tense too… eww.
