Known for his spectacular high-speed (paint throwing) photographs, Shinichi Maruyama has launched a new series titled “Nude.” His latest work is sculptural, and in motion like he was using a paintbrush on canvas. This effect was done by combining 10,000 pictures of a dancer.

Instead of using paintbrushes, Italian artist Paolo Troilo dips his fingers into jars of black and white paint, and then smudges and splashes it onto large canvases. Each hand stroke is expressive and filtered into his subject matter of nude men yelling and fighting. And although the images look erotic, they are essentially related with energy and emotions.
