I am seriously in love.

with all these wonderful people I have encountered on this Tumblr. dashboard. Random people leading their own lives, in no way connected to my own. Except for being together on this dashboard. Yet a lot of these “strangers” have touched my heart in a way a lot of people close to me haven’t.

I am sometimes amazed by this. It proofs that distance doesn’t have much influence on your feelings.

I am not naming names here, but there are those who make me laugh out so loud in the middle of the night. People who live on a continent 9 hours away, who suffer from insomnia just like me. Or those who I dare call ugly or [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted]. Or people who I don’t even have on my dashboard, simply because I can’t follow everybody, and still they show their appreciation by sending an email or leaving a comment on my blog. I may not post a picture of myself everytime I get something like that (Oh please no!) but really….it’s so very much appreciated.

All this came to mind because I was thinking of all the million things I have to be thankful for.

This says it perfect. I am truly grateful for each and every person I have come in contact with on tumblr. I mean that.

Tumblr is one of those amazing things.
